In 2010 at the town of La Ceiba in Orotina, SASSY is born, a sauce with an exquisite flavor and color. Made with 100% Panamanian peppers (Scotch Bonnet), natural vinegar, salt and a minimum of preservatives.  

The pepper plantations are in full harmony with the environment. The peppers are harvested at their optimum maturity to ensure that the color and flavor is always the same. The sauce is made in an artisan way by the hands of local workers, which ensures the authentic home made flavor.  

From our farm to your table, Sassy has two flavors: red and green.
