In order to produce Sassy, we have a scotch bonnet pepper plantation. This pepper has a scotville heat around 100.000 to 350.000 units. Just in Costa Rica the scotch Bonnet pepper is known as “Panamanian peppers” because of the popularity it has in Panama.
Harmony with nature and harvesting without damaging the environment is a huge part of the Sassy taste. The effort and motivation of our workers is the key for a delicious Sassy sauce.
